Around Valentine’s Day, we welcomed Loki into our family. As experienced owners of four Maine Coon and Siberian cats, we consider ourselves well-versed in these breeds. Initially, I was communicating with a previous breeder and had nearly settled on a kitten before reaching out to Shae. However, Shae’s responsiveness and willingness to address all our inquiries quickly won us over. She even arranged for my daughters and me to visit the kittens at five weeks old, giving us a chance to observe their personalities early on. During this visit, we also met the litter’s friendly and affectionate parents, which was a bonus.

It was on that trip that we fell in love with Loki, hands down one of the most charming kittens we’ve encountered. After choosing him, I stayed in touch with Shae weekly, and she thoughtfully sent us photo updates to track his growth. When we mentioned that our other four cats enjoy belly rubs when flipped over, Shae went above and beyond, conditioning Loki to enjoy the same until we brought him home. Now, we’re thrilled to report that Loki adores his belly rubs. If you’re considering a kitten and are anywhere near Alabama, we wholeheartedly recommend Shae. Her kittens are simply stunning, and our experience couldn’t have been better.

I have dealt with a lot of breeders over the years, Shae is definitely one of the best! Most breeders that I have encountered would rather meet away from where the animals live at their home. Which is understandable for different reasons, but also disappointing being someone that wants to see the environment where the animal I’m bringing into my home lives. Shae was very welcoming me into her home. She insisted that I meet every animal in her home not just the parents. She also showed me all of her Main Coon’s living quarters inside of her home. It was very obvious that she cares for her animals very deeply and isn’t one of these breeders just milling for money. My kitten was very healthy, socialized, and happy when I picked her up. Making the transition into my home very easy for the kitten. Most breeders guarantee their animals, not only does Shae do this, but she also offers 30 days free pet insurance through trupanion. Which was very reassuring for me due to babies being prone to accidents. I wished all breeders were as passionate and caring as Shae. I definitely know where I will be going for all my Maine Coon needs and will Highly recommend anyone looking for an absolute amazing experience purchasing a Maine Coon.
